It is specially brewed with 100% Yamada Nishiki. It is a completely handmade product made with advanced traditional techniques that removes all the best carefully selected rice bran and brews only with Shinpaku. It is characterized by a fruity aroma called "Ginjo incense" and a soft taste like silk.
